I know first-hand how daunting starting your counselling journey can be. I have been in your shoes myself, looking for the right counsellor. It's a deeply personal and individual process, so I understand how important finding the right person is.
I believe everyone has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to our overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this.
A desire to improve my mental heath, understand myself better and deepen my self-awareness is what initially piqued my interest in the well-being field. I started my early journey studying psychology, which I loved - but it didn't give me the answers I yearned for about myself!
This is where I began my own personal therapy journey. I thrived knowing I had an outlet dedicated just to me, where I could explore myself more deeply, free from judgement or advice. I could come to my own understanding, and it left me feeling empowered.
This experience further reinforced my passion of wanting a career supporting mental health. Being able to sit alongside others as they embark on their own therapy journey is a privilege.

Take the first step today—your future self will thank you.
I provide a supportive, person-centred approach that puts you in control of the process. Together, we'll explore what’s brought you to therapy and create a space where your needs and feelings truly matter. Therapy with me isn't about telling you what to do—it's about supporting you to discover your path and feel more confident in who you are.
Sessions are tailored to your individual needs. I provide both short and long-term therapy either face to face or online via zoom to individuals over the age of 18.
I don’t believe in ‘one size fits all’. We will work together collaboratively to help you to overcome difficulties and find healthy coping strategies. You will be given respect and understanding to explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace comfortable to you, so you can work towards positive change in your life.
Therapy isn’t about being “broken” It’s about learning to live with purpose. If you're curious about exploring what life could look like with more confidence, less anxiety, and a stronger sense of self, I’m here to help.
Let’s start this journey together.

Counselling is a form of talking therapy. It is a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space for you to begin to explore issues and problems you may be facing or experiencing in your life.
During your first session I will ask you questions to get to know you better and understand what brings you to counselling. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counselling process. We will go through a counselling agreement so you can better understand how the counselling process works.
A counselling session lasts for 50 minutes. Sessions typically take place on the same day & time each week, usually at the same location.
I provided face to face counselling in Bexleyheath & Sidcup, or online via zoom to anyone residing within the UK .
